In this class we will fall in love wellness. Learn a detoxifying yoga sequence suitable for all levels, enjoy organic harvest pressed juices and learn the benefits of natures bounty. Each guest will take home a welcome to wellness goodie bag. We are limited to a group of 15 in this space and pre- registration is needed to attend. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and best friends!
