• Ron is a working author writing about Michigan since 1999. He has six books in print about
road trips to out of the way destinations on the back roads of Michigan.
• Ron maintains two travel websites, www.michiganbackroads.com and
www.upnorthmichigan.com, and a web based monthly email newsletter,
www.travelinmichigan.com. He contributes monthly articles to the Michigan newspapers
Great Lakes Pilot, the Drummond Island Digest, and to the news site
