What is the job?
The Care Team Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the operations in their assigned site.
Qualifications
- Degree in human services related field is preferred; however, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior problems may suffice in lieu of a degree.
- Exceptional client service skills/interpersonal skills with all staff/employees.
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate with clients in English both verbal and written.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and a safe operating vehicle, and must be willing to transport people receiving services in personal vehicle if company vehicle is not available.
- Must be willing to submit to a DHS Background Study.
- Submit to a Tuberculosis screening (TB Gold)

Additional Job Requirements:
- Experience in a Lead or Care Team Manager role preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check
- Must have a valid driver's license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- adult foster care: 1 year (Required)
- supervising staff: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bangor, MI 49013: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
