Job Description:
A fast-paced vacation rental and real estate management firm is looking for a Key Account Manager to assist with the development and support of homeowner client relations.

Duties Include:
- Customer retention is the key goal of this role
- Utilize the company systems and processes as established.
- Record and report owner issues and areas for concern including outcome and closer.
- Visit customer homes as determined necessary and when homeowners are visiting the home.
- Maintain regular contact with homeowner clients to ensure needs are being addresses as appropriate
- Evaluate customer needs and market recommendation for action to various company department heads.
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings
Experience & Education:
- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac/Apple applications and ability to adapt and acquire user skills with various software applications for business operations
- 3-5 years of customer support/management experience
