SERVICE TECHNICIAN
The Well Guy, LLC is a small, family-owned business proudly serving Southwest Michigan water well owners. We are known for expert diagnostics, customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
Position: Service Technician
Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Benefits: Paid Holidays, PTO & Vacation Time
No prior well service experience required — training provided!
We’re looking for a mechanically inclined individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift and load pumps, tanks and filtration equipment into trucks and homes.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable transportation & a good driving record.
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow directions, guidelines, and codes while maintaining high standards and taking pride in your work.
• Work well independently and with a team.
