KITCHEN CREW

Under the direction and supervision of the Kitchen Manager, we are looking for an experienced kitchen crew! Positions include: Servers, Chefs, Prep Chefs, Greeters, Expo Runners, Bussers, Dishers 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains a safe environment for all patrons

  • Assist in basic food preparation and serving

  • Clean kitchen equipment

  • Load and unload the dishwasher

  • Scrub pots and pans

  • Clean food preparation and storage areas

  • Receive and store goods

  •  

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Be at the facility, in uniform and ready to work, at the designated start of the work shift.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationship with fellow staff members, management staff, volunteers, and the public in a courteous and tactful manner

  • Attend all required staff meetings and training

  • Work closely with the other staff to ensure Arvesta Sport Complex rules, policies, and procedures are observed and enforced.

  • Reports directly to and perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

 

Typical Qualifications

  • 1 year experience preferred

  • Safe Serve Certification is a plus

  • Must complete Crew Training (provided). This training includes CPR and First Aid.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Physically capable of performing and demonstrating program-related activities

  • Ability to take direction

  • Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions

  • Able to work duration of the program as assigned by supervisor

  • Wear branded staff uniform per Arvesta Sport Complex dress code

 

Employment Season: Beginning in May of 2024
